In the airport before our cruise our flight was delayed twice (with other intermittent delays) Before the flight we were in contact with Deb on options. She did everything in her power to contact Disney Cruise Lines, Delta Airlines, and Disney Hotels to help in trying to make the cruise (including holding our bags in the end). In the end there was little she could do and we missed our connection with the Cruise. She then proceeded to give us options and booked a great backup plan on the fly to stay at WDW for the week.
