Paula has over 20 years of experience as a business travel agent on many large corporate accounts and was selected to serve as a team lead on many of these. She is highly skilled in both domestic and international airline travel and provides a superior level of service to her clients.

Making a personal connection with travelers and travel arrangers is the most rewarding part of Paula’s job. She strives to make the booking process as seamless as possible for the traveler to give them peace of mind that everything will be handled in a timely manner.  Paula enjoys the relationships she builds with repeat clients and wants each traveler to look forward to making their travel arrangements with her.
