Lisa started in the travel industry with a little known airline called PeoplExpress many years ago. They were trained to do everything short of flying the planes which meant everyday was a different adventure; be it flying to Boston and back, working at a gate boarding passengers or working on a 747 headed to London. It gave her a work ethic like no other career and a constant need to always give her clients the best customer service experience possible.

After 10 years, she retired from a national travel agency where she gained so much more knowledge in travel. She took the opportunity that COVID19 gave her and decided to work from home. Lisa says that it has been the best working with Cruise and Travel Experts as she continues this journey in travel.
