Copenhagen, Denmark:
Vibrant Copenhagen, Denmark’s capital, sits on the coastal islands of Zealand and Amager. Originally a Viking fishing village established in the 10th century, Copenhagen today is one the world’s most liveable cities. Its open spaces and lively street life, along with city planning favoring cyclists and pedestrians, encourage inhabitants to enjoy a lifestyle with an emphasis on community, culture and cuisine.
Karlskrona, Sweden:
Karlskrona sprawls over some 30 islands on Sweden’s southeast coast. The town was founded in 1680 by King Karl XI as a naval base, and the remarkable preservation of its seminal design for this purpose has resulted in a UNESCO World Heritage designation. The central town dates from about 1750 and is the most baroque city in Sweden. Stortorget, the main square, is the largest in the nation. Sites of special note are the National Naval Museum, and the copper-domed Holy Trinity Church.
Gdansk, Poland:
Renamed Gdansk and beautifully restored after World War II, the Old Town is a trove of Gothic and Renaissance buildings that belie the city’s former wealth and importance. Gargoyles guard over the artisan shops along ulica Mariacka (St. Mary’s Street), which leads to its homonymous, 14th-century basilica — one of the largest brick churches in the world. Housed in the medieval Grand Mill, the Amber Museum explores Gdansk’s role as the capital of amber, aka, “Baltic gold.” The port’s historic shipyards gave rise to the 1980s Solidary movement, which brought democracy to Poland and helped tear down the iron curtain over Eastern Europe.
Ronne (Bornholm), Denmark:
A favorite summer getaway for Danes, the laid-back Baltic island of Bornholm has rolling countryside and ruined castles. The island is home to four of Denmark's seven "rundkirkes," round churches dating from the 12th century. These unique churches were places of worship and also protection in times of pirate attacks, to which the island was vulnerable. The coastline mixes pearl white sand in the south with sheer granite cliffs to the north. The picturesque seaport of Roenne lies at the southwest corner of the island.
Wismar, Germany:
Wismar, on the Baltic just east of Lubeck, is one of the most important cities of the Hanseatic League. Shortly after its founding, it banded together with Lübeck and Rostock in a defensive alliance, which led to the formation of the League. Today it has one of the finest preserved and restored treasuries of German Brick Gothic architecture existing, and was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002. It has the largest Market Square in Germany, anchored by the wrought-iron Waterworks from 1602, and surrounded by stellar buildings.
Transiting the Kiel Canal
Your ship will transit the 61-mile Nord-Ostsee-Kanal between the North Sea and the Baltic between Brunsbüttel at the mouth of the Elbe River and Holtenau, near Kiel Harbour. The freshwater canal cuts through the flat, agricultural lowlands of Schleswig-Holstein, saving ships an average of 250 nautical miles navigating around the Jutland Peninsula. It is the busiest artificial waterway in the world. Ships pass under nine high bridge crossings, passing through locks at each end.
Oudeschild (Texel), Netherlands:
Step ashore on Texel, the largest of the Dutch Wadden Islands, where pastoral landscapes meet North Sea breezes. From the quaint harbor village of Oudeschild, explore dike-lined fields, sheep-dotted meadows, and centuries-old windmills. The island’s rich maritime history and vibrant birdlife make it a haven for both culture seekers and nature enthusiasts.
Dover (London), England:
Approaching the coast, ships are greeted by the ethereal White Cliffs of Dover. This iconic strip of milky-white land serves as England's welcoming beacon, its stark beauty becoming more apparent as you draw closer. The coastline unfurls like a grand tapestry, its white chalk cliffs streaked with black flint, rising majestically 350 feet straight from the sea's embrace.

Seabourn Quest Refreshed
The award-winning Seabourn Quest has emerged from drydock in June 2026 with the most comprehensive interior update in the line's history. Enhancements across suites, public spaces, dining venues and the spa create a more relaxed and refined onboard experience, further elevating the sense of comfort and understated luxury guests know and value.
The Club underwent one of the most significant transformations on board, with a sophisticated, speakeasy-inspired ambiance, reconfigured layout, updated bar design and new lighting that reshape how the space is experienced throughout the evening.
The redesigned layout creates a more cohesive atmosphere for live music and social gatherings, while also improving the flow across the venue, allowing guests to move naturally between the bar, lounge seating and dance floor.
Across the rest of ship, public areas have been updated to enhance flow and atmosphere, making it easier for guests to move naturally through the ship, settle in, and enjoy each part of the day. The atrium, corridors and stairways received new carpeting, featuring patterns inspired by the organic movement of water. The main pool deck debuts with all new sound system and lighting, surrounded by renewed teak deck.
Seabourn Square now features a warmer, living room atmosphere including new furniture and limited bistro-style seating. The Observation Bar received a refresh with updated carpet and furnishings, creating a brighter, more relaxed setting for panoramic views. The Spa was enhanced with a redesigned reception area, all new gym equipment and updated salon, including new finishes, lighting and furnishings, creating a more serene, calming environment that deepens the sense of relaxation and well-being.
The onboard shops were also enhanced with updated finishes, lighting and display elements, offering a more inviting atmosphere for guests to browse and discover curated pieces. These updates align with recent upgrades across the Seabourn ocean fleet.
