Meeting new people and hearing about their life experiences is Michelle’s favorite part of being a trusted travel expert. She loves working with all different types of clientele, offering them suggestions to make their travel plans runs seamlessly. She understands details are very important in making her clients happy, and it is essential to her to get them right.
Michelle has been in the cruise industry for 37 years. She started off as a receptionist and quickly worked her way up to a Cruise Consultant. She has won two top sales SEA awards during her career. She has traveled to many destinations and has cruised on Silversea, Seabourn, Celebrity Cruises, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises and Explora Journeys.
Michelle specializes in selling luxury cruises and tours, along with world cruises and grand voyages, European river cruises and Tauck tours. She enjoys matching clients with world cruises for the luxury of unpacking once while waking up in a new country—and the onboard enrichment that turns travel into learning. Michelle loves selling European river cruises because she gets to introduce travelers to storybook villages, local wines, and doorstep‑to‑doorstep comfort.
She loves the challenge of finding the perfect product for her clients’ next trip, as well as offering alternative ideas that they hadn’t thought of. Clients return to Michelle over and over for their travel preparation as she goes above and beyond for them on every trip.
