Kathy leads our support services team for our internal staff as well as all our members. She has 13 years of experience in the travel industry, and excels at providing operational support to our clients and members. She thrives on coordinating the small details of a client's vacation to make sure everything runs smoothly. Kathy works behind the scenes coordinating documentation needs, added amenities and special requests.

Kathy also provides assistance to our member travel experts through our internal support department. She responds to inquiries and helps them seamlessly operate their individual travel businesses. Kathy has experienced a Disney cruise with her family to the Caribbean and enjoyed a Tauck river cruise in the Netherlands.
