With more than 35 years of experience in the travel industry, Bethann has built a successful career with leading travel companies including Northwest Airlines, GOGO Vacations, Travel Leaders, and Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Today, she plays an integral role at Cruise & Travel Experts, as the Director of Supplier Relations, which supports both employees and independent travel advisors while overseeing vendor partnerships, event planning, marketing initiatives, and business development.

Bethann holds an MBA with a concentration in Business and Marketing, providing her with expertise in strategic marketing, vendor negotiations, event planning, and day-to-day business operations. Her extensive industry background enables her to help travel advisors grow their businesses through effective marketing strategies, education, and sales support.

One of Bethann’s greatest passions is collaborating with travel suppliers to introduce advisors to new destinations, products, and experiences they can confidently recommend to their clients. She is dedicated to educating advisors on the latest industry tools and resources while fostering strong partnerships that benefit both Cruise & Travel Experts and its valued suppliers. As the travel industry continues to evolve with new destinations, technologies, and global regulations, Bethann is committed to ensuring advisors have the knowledge and resources needed to create seamless, unforgettable vacations.
