Bethann has worked in a variety of positions with travel companies for over 35 years, including Northwest Airlines, GOGO Vacations, Travel Leaders, and Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Currently she works hard to support employees and independent travel partners of Cruise & Travel Experts, as well as working closely with vendors, event planning, marketing and so much more to help our business be a success. Having her MBA in business and marketing increases her knowledge with marketing negotiations, plan creation, events and training with the company. Her previous positions helped give her the experience and insight to help agents and agencies increase their sales and profits through effective training and marketing programs.

Bethann's favorite part of her job is working closely with vendors to educate travel advisors on exciting new travel experiences they can offer their clients as well as educating the agents on the many tools the industry uses to create the perfect itinerary for clients. She works very closely with vendors to help support both businesses, Cruise & Travel Experts as well as the vendor. The world of travel changes constantly with new vendors, new government regulations both in the U.S. and across the world and so much more that we must have the knowledge to help the client have a smooth, memorable vacation.

She is a strong advocate of using a travel advisor to help create a fulfilling vacation and believes these experiences help people make memories that they can talk about for years to come. She loves both resort stays as well as cruising. When she would like to just relax by the beach and pool, she enjoys going to the Caribbean or sailing on a relaxing European river cruise; when she would like to explore, she goes cruising; for example, The Baltic, Mediterranean, Caribbean and even an Alaska Cruisetour.
