She loves working with all different types of clientele, offering them suggestions to make their travel plans runs seamlessly. She understands details are very important in making her clients happy, and it is essential to her to get them right.

Michelle has been in the cruise industry for 30 years. She started off as a receptionist and quickly worked her way up to a Cruise Consultant. She has traveled to many destinations and has cruised on Silversea, Seabourn, Celebrity Cruises, Holland America Line and Princess Cruises.

Michelle specializes in selling luxury cruises and tours, along with world cruises, Viking river cruises and Tauck tours. She loves the challenge of finding the perfect product for her clients’ next trip, as well as offering alternative ideas that they hadn’t thought of. Clients return to Michelle over and over for their travel preparation as she goes above and beyond for them on every trip.
