A late-night stay in Richards Bay gives you time to head out on a safari at Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park—home to Africa’s “big five” animals and the largest white rhino population on Earth—followed by Durban, to tour traditional Zulu homesteads. Two more days at sea take us to Mossel Bay, home of the Point of Human Origins, a rugged seaside cave with early evidence of human behavior dating back 162,000 years. We return to Cape Town for an overnight stay, giving you plenty of time to enjoy countless adventures from mountain peaks to rugged coasts.
